[Announcement] HashKey Chain and Web3.0 Standardization Association (Hong Kong) Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Jointly Develop RWA Industry Implementation Standards

On August 7, 2025, Kathy, Head of CaaS at HashKey Chain, attended the 2025 「ANCHOR 」 WEB3.0 FUTURE SUMMIT RWA RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY ACHIEVEMENTS RELEASE CONFERENCE and jointly signed with Web3.0 Standardization Association (Hong Kong) the Agreement on Promoting the Healthy Development of the RWA Industry (the “Agreement”). HashKey Chain, together with the other signatories, will collaborate across four key pillars: industry research & standards development, technical exploration, financial services, and ecosystem building. The conference was hosted byWeb3.0 Standardization Association (Hong Kong), co-organized by Ant Group Digital Technology, undertaken by AI Mall Technology Ltd., and supported by the IEEE Computer Society’s Blockchain and RIAIoT Research Institute.


With the enactment of the Stablecoins Bill and the signing of this strategic Agreement, Hong Kong’s regulatory advantages and innovation momentum in the RWA space are accelerating. In this core domain of on-chain finance, the industry broadly recognizes Hong Kong’s effort to forge a “policy-led, standards-driven, industry-coordinated” pathway. The collaboration between HashKey Chain and Web3.0 Standardization Association (Hong Kong) is poised to become one of the earliest—and most systematic—implementation templates for RWA.


Kathy remarked, “In today’s market environment, establishing a standardized, well-regulated RWA infrastructure is more critical than ever. Leveraging HashKey Chain’s CaaS expertise, we will build an open, trust-minimized digital finance framework with our partners, jointly positioning Hong Kong as a global hub for RWA innovation.

Core Areas of Collaboration

  1. Industry Research & Standards Development Joint research on RWA industry trends, underlying technologies, use cases, and service models; development of key RWA standards; and construction of a comprehensive theoretical framework for the RWA sector.
  2. Technical Exploration Cooperative R&D in RWA asset data acquisition, on-chain proof of custody, cross-chain interoperability, identity authentication, and privacy-preserving computation, building a robust technical stack to support the full RWA lifecycle.
  3. Financial Services Co-development of an end-to-end service ecosystem for RWA digitization, tokenization, and financialization, encompassing asset verification, valuation, registration, on-chain issuance, and secondary market circulation, thereby ensuring asset authenticity and regulatory compliance.
  4. Ecosystem Building Leveraging an RWA registration and registry platform to host workshops, training sessions, roadshows, and hackathons, and to cultivate an ecosystem that brings together RWA evaluators, banks, broker-dealers, law firms, trading venues, and regulators.

  4. 生態構建：基於RWA註冊登記平台，開展研討會、培訓、路演、大賽等市場推廣活動，打造覆蓋RWA資產評估機構、銀行、券商、律所、交易所、監管等相關機構的生態體系。
