[Announcement] HashKey Chain Partners with GF Securities (Hong Kong) to Complete Hong Kong’s First Tokenized Corporate Note On-chain

On August 20, 2025, HashKey Chain announced that Hong Kong’s first tokenized corporate note has been deployed on-chain and formally issued. The product is a senior, unsecured, U.S. dollar fixed-rate tokenized note issued by Coastal Emerald Limited, with a guarantee provided by Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited (412 HK) (Fitch rating: A-). GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited acted as sole placement agent, overall coordinator, arranger, blockchain agent and custodian of the tokenized securities. The issuance size was USD 40 million.

As the first dematerialized, registered, digital-native note issued by an enterprise on HashKey Chain, this issuance marks a key step forward in the digitalization of Hong Kong’s bond market.

HashKey Chain said the collaboration is a landmark case of bringing traditional financial assets on-chain, fully demonstrating the advantages of its technical architecture in terms of security and efficiency. It also lays a solid foundation for subsequent on-chain issuance of more innovative financial products and helps Hong Kong build the next-generation financial market infrastructure.

2025年8月20日，HashKey Chain宣布，香港首個企業票據代幣化產品已完成鏈上部署並正式發行。該產品為高級無抵押美元固息代幣化票據，由Coastal Emerald Limited發行，山高控股集團有限公司（412 HK）提供擔保（惠譽評級：A-），廣發證券（香港）經紀有限公司擔任獨家配售代理、整體協調人、安排行、區塊鏈代理以及代幣化證券托管人，發行規模4000萬美元。

作為首個企業在HashKey Chain上部署的非實物化記名數碼原生票據，本次發行標誌著香港債券市場數字化邁出關鍵一步。

HashKey Chain表示，此次合作是傳統金融資產上鏈的標誌性案例，充分證明了其技術架構在安全性與效率上的優勢，也為後續更多創新金融產品上鏈奠定了堅實基礎，助力香港構建下一代金融市場基礎設施。
